logging in to duo??

Hi

I've just received my accomodation info and it says i can log into duo using my applicant enquiry service details but it wont work!! Anyone else having problems? Do i just have to wait for them to send me other login details?

Also, I have been given a place in halls but i put down head tenancy as my first choice, do i have to accept it or could i ask for a change?

I have been having exactly the same problem so i have called stephenson college and they said i have to send an email to admissions@durham.ac.uk. confirming that i want to attend durham come october and then they will send me duo login details

It will take about 5 days to get you the duo logon details.

Also regarding head tenancy from what I have heard they have stopped the head tenancy scheme starting this year.

Bit gutted bout the head tenancy thing, i'll have to pay £1000 more than i wanted to!
