Do you need the books after first year year? Just that I know a couple of doctors and 1 2nd year Durham student?

Also do students sell the books after 1st year? I mean its pointless every generation of students buying new books if the old ones dont need them?

Are they available from a library?

The library does stock all of the recommended texts but the numbers available aren't huge.

I've got all the books I bought as a first year and beyond and I'm now qualified. In fact, if I'm honest, I've used one or two of them far more now than I ever did as a student!

if you buy online you can use a service like quidco (do a google search) which gives you cashback on every penny spent.

so if you buy thru them via amazon you will get cashback. its a bit like a discount.

every penny counts!
