Grads at Dundee
Sorry if this question has been asked before. Could any grads or mature students at Dundee tell me what they think of life at Dundee? Do you find it difficult being an 'oldie' at Dundee among the school leavers or do you find that there is a broad range of students from different backgrounds? I'm applying this year and would be very grateful if anyone could throw any advice my way! Thanks.

thanks very much simon and linz for your (very) speedy replies! A great help-I want to find out as much as possible about the places I'm applying to (after all we only have 4 spaces, I want to choose carefully!) At the open day in June I did feel a little out of place among the sea of 17 and 18 year olds and had a mild panic of 'what am I doing here!'
I'm just finishing my biochem degree this year and Dundee is the no1 place I really want to apply to. Quite apprehensive about the application process though, its a long time since I filled out a UCAS form!
Simon, I've read back the Dundee threads-I'm guessing you're the same simon-st.andrews-grad who spoke at the open day? And your friends are right about Glasgow weather, it never really improves!

I would reiterate what Simon says. There is a high proportion of post-grads in Dundee, and there is very good social integration between generations!
