its true.derm is probably one of the most interesting ,at the same time competitive specialty.
In my country singapore, derm belongs to the exclusive class of top med students in the cohort, tts right. Right now you might consider mugging your freakin ass off, build up your CVs, and get your face known. Get acquainted with known dermatologist etc in a legitimate way of course!
Be prepared for tough work. derm is no less demanding than.. say surgery. Interestingly ,derm is like the midpoint between the surgical side and the medicine side. It offers a nice delicate balance, the best of both worlds. Prepare to work for it.

With rising knowledge and affluence, demand for skincare and facial is soaring..and in this field with such restrictive supply ,you will have access to a v v large portion of the market. Its more commerical i would say, rather than medical. nevertheless you are still helping people look and feel good..and tts whats being a doc is all about i reckon
