was going to text you Sheila to ask if Peninsula is your 1st choice!? I've already confirmed it's my firm choice lol but obv I don't have another one!!! lol I fractically replied and accepted it as though they were going to take it back lol I was on a packed train when I found out on my mobile, I think the other passengers thought I was mad I kept sighing really loudly as I was waiting for UCAS to load up I felt physically sick, never felt like that before about anything!! I hadn't received an email off of UCAS so thought I was out of luck, then checked UCAS and had the offer, turned out the email from UCAS was in my junk mail! LOL

haha thats so funny i can just imagine u doing that!! haha, the stupid ucas email was in my junk too! i was randomly just checking ucas and saw the the offer i was like "thanks ucas for telling me". but i was at work and got abit excited! i cant believe it!
i also had my interview on monday too. but i think the status change on ucas might be immediate if they put it through the system? i'm guessing letters arrive monday morning?
i wonder how they decide! i'd love to know!

basically they have a scoring procedure on the interview say out of 40, they then decide the cut off point. e.g 25/40 is the cut off....neone getting less than gets rejected
and neone above gets an offer

hey,
yep it's true, I have been offered a conditional place (subject to CRB and Occ Health) by sitting GAMSAT, so it can be done. You should check their website, it says it all there.....
Professional qualifications not equivalent to degree level
If you're a healthcare professional without a degree you must provide evidence of past higher-education experience, such as to diploma level, in addition to relevant work experience in a healthcare setting which should be of at least two years minimum. In addition, all applicants without a degree-level qualification must sit the Graduate Medical School Admissions Test (GAMSAT).
My tutor from the course I am doing at the moment wrote my reference. Maybe a past tutor or employer could write it for you?!
Hope this helps!!
