This person has taken time out of their no doubt hectic schedule to give us information and you've picked up on one thing and gone into a major tizz about it. They were maknig a joke of the fact that this was about doing night shifts simply for the experience, when they are stuck doing night shifts all the time, they merely made a joke that people are mad to want to do night shifts voluntarily, and THATS ALL. Lighten up dude you'll no doubt be thinking EXACTLY the same as this person in a few years time when you're stuck on a run of nights.
