I personally think you would be wasting your time going on a revision course for written finals. There is just no point. At least clinicals is something practical which you can benefit from seeing be demonstrated.
The way to pass writtens is to READ. You would be much better spending your time doing that. (I went to Imperial so know the course).
My advice... do 30 hours of book work, it will be much more helpful.

No one ever fails medical finals because they have failed the written papers but have passed the clinicals. It NEVER happens. ANYWHERE. Trust me. NEVER.
Some may have to re-sit the written paper but they always pass. Even if the Dean has to lower the pass mark or add a few extra marks for getting your name right I suspect!
Concentrate on the clinical exam. You MUST pass this.

Thank you for the advice but I think I'm gonna book a place on the course anyway..I'm in Fourth Year and it would be a good chance to revise the material overall.. Its over 10 weeks as well and seems to come out to £7 per hour (which is cheaper than the courses Ive researched) and isn't too far from me!
Loads of my friends have booked it and I don't wanna feel like I missed out on vital notes/revision tips (lecturers are people who wrote the PasTest books as well so sounds good). I won't deny the 10% limited offer didn't help with my decision either! I'll let you guys know how I get on.

How much are they paying you for this obvious advert?
No seriously, you WILL NOT be missing out if you do not go on this course. For fourth years at Imperial I would suggest you concentrate on your Obs and Gynae, paeds, and psych PACEs. You also have path exams. A lot more people fail them than written finals. In fact if you are going on this course and it takes away from your fourth year exams then it is highly likely you will NOT make it to the final year anyway.
If you need any help as always feel free to PM me. I always happy to give advice, and as someone who got honours in Imperial finals feel I am well placed to.Ignore List
