Same - at Cambridge there is a little bottle of talc at each station on the OSCE! I think your problem is pretty common - if you explain to whoever runs the OSCEs I'm sure they'd be sympathetic.

last year during my 3rd year OSCEs i just told the examiner that usually my hands get sweaty and i might have a problem putting the gloves on. she said try it, and that if i couldnt put them on, i could proceed without gloves.

i managed to put gloves on witht he first try, and got full marks from the station
