I'm for scrubs. It's like wearing pyjamas to work.

scrubs would be fantastic, so long as they supply different sizes - i'm 5'4 ish, and slim, but always end up in size L, which involves a bit of clever aranging to ensure your trousers aren't round your ankles and your cleavage isn't on show. but yeah, soooo comfy, and if there was a simple colour coding system it would be great.

if they provided scrubs it would indeed be a great step forward. however, how will they solve the never ending theatre clog debacle. you know what i mean, all the shoes have names on them and you just have to pick a pair at random and hope you arent wearing your consultants. that will involve spending at least a few million quid on a think tank.

hmm, as a girl i have to say i do like a tie on a chap. bit of class about it. and to be fair, as long as you wash them regularly and tuck them out the way when examining they aren't as much of a hygiene problem as wedding rings for example.
we are always told to take white coats with us, but i only know of one consultant at fazakerly hospital who insisted on it, and lectured anyone for hours if they dared to question him. non of the others cared one way or another.

Apparently, the doctors at Hull Royal are being made to wear polo shirts. Sounds delish... What next? baseball caps to keep hair out of the way?
"You want fries with that?"
