When are Cardiff going to put us out of our misery?

It's a horrible wait, spesh for those of us who had interviews wayyyyyy back!
The exeptionally good candiates and the v.unlucky candidates have recieved their post interview
offer/rejection, but for the rest of us they're telling us after they've interviewed everyone else!
Anyone know when this date is, i assumed march/april time, so anyone know the last interview date?

I've applied to Cardiff and haven't heard a thing since the text message back in October! No rejection and no interview invitation either. I called at the beginning of the week and they said the last day of interviews was March 25th and that the applications were still being processed. Their website seems pretty out of date now as it still says interviews will be completed in February.

I know what it feels like, I've heard absolutely nothing from bristol or kings, and it's really tense with the last of the interviews coming up close, chances are slim

I am in exactly the same position! I'm getting worried if it is too late for an interview now? :/ When I rang they said my personal statement was still out being looked at... hmm :/

Does anyone have any idea as to how many people may be on this waiting list... and what proportion are likely to be given offers/rejected? It is really annoying having to be stuck in limbo for such a long time... Not knowing what is gonna happen, getting hopes up and then becoming disappointed. :-(

2nd Time applicant... heading towards... er.. 3rd time? I don't think so! :-(

Just been rejected myself. A bit sad but actually it was definitely my least favourite choice. Fingers crossed for one of the two remaining.

hang in their guys, it does take time for Cardiff to process everything. some people didnt get offers until apr for 2009. Med Admin were v.helpful so if in doubt give them a call.

Toffee Bunny, wouldnt surpise me if that was true and yours was still out there dont read to much in to it. i know its difficult when you've been waiting for a long time but the wait is nearly over and it'll be worth it if you get your place. Stay positive!

Just spoke with cardiff admissions asking for a rough idea when they anticpate offers going out as their webiste appears out of date.

She was a really nice lady and said that, as most of us know, they're still interviewing through to mid March and MAYBE until the end of March.

Offers will come out at the end of March, and maybe into early April dependent on how the interviews in March go. She did say that typically no offers are made until all interviews have been conducted - which again most of us know.

I suspect they want to try and get it all wrapped up by Easter. Not long now!

I know a cardiff 2009 applicant who heard on april the 1st, so it could be another months wait for some of us!
I do know a few a100 applicants who've got offers/rejections post interview for Cardiff, lucky for them not having to wait so long!
