Official Interview Thread! +a rejection thrd if uve bin realy unlucky2 get 1 b4 march
Lets make this the official rejections thread shall we
Anyone had any?
O! And please state whether you're a reapplicant or a first time applicant, and possibly the grades you've got/predicted inc GCSEs.
Thanks
Now I see why noones replied to this post, its cause all rejections and offers are given after Cardiff have made their final decision on all applicants in march time. OOoooOOooo, makes sense now. In that case this thread really is pointless isn't it. Hehehe.
Well, lets change it to being The Official Interview Thread.
If you've had an interview/about to have an interview/would like to share interview experiences/questions, then please go ahead and do so... cause this is thread to do it in.
Cheers.Last edited by nayanayan; 02-12-2005 at 03:10 AM.

Had my interview too....went ok, not really sure what to think....they didn't seem bothered either way! The interview was really relaxed and the people were really friendly! No need to worry on that score!

My three interviewers- there was a female med student, didn't catch her name. Then there was another woman, I think a consultant. And the third was one of the Cardiff pharmacology lecturers, Roger... Haskins? Something like that. He was great, v funny and friendly, I was quite glad he was on the interview team.
Sorry my memory and/or attention to detail leave something to be desired! Hehe

Was the woman blonde and tall...really nice? I had a nice, really tall blonde woman, another man that I can't remember the name of, but was equally nice and quite a shy looking med student! The wait is a pain though huh?

Giant blond Viking-type woman? That's Dr Newman, who interviewed me and is so nice but scares me with her height.
In Cardiff now - currently despising anatomy.

Na that wasn't the woman, mine was a bit shorter, had dark, shortish hair. And an accent I couldn't quite place (but I'm rubbish with accents anyway!).
