foo-antipodies are countries "down under"
if dai lloyd's son and himself are so bothered about seving the population of wales why doesnt his son do his medical training in london and then go back to wales?
should all med schools favour local applicants from nearby areas even if they have stronger candidates from elsewhere? this doent have to aply to just welsh applicants.....i think its fair to sy that scottish med schools are favoruing their own candidates
surely at SHO level welsh speaking students who have qualified at english med schools will be preferred compared to purely english speaking students anyway??
i agree......Dr. Lloyd must be looking to climb the political ladder

A large factor that contributes to the high competition for UK jobs is the large number of doctors that qualified overseas and are coming over here for their post-grad training.
