what is the most important out of....
hi, what does cambridge tend to look for in an application? obviously each university will look for the same thing, however in what proportions does cambridge look for?
can u please order the following in importance:
grades (score out of 5 please)
work experience (score out of 5 please)
personal statement (score out of 5 please)
extra curriculars (score out of 5 please)
interview (score out of 5 please)
BMAT (score out of 5 please)
reference (score out of 5 please)
and can u include anything i've missed which is necessary for an application please thankyou

I highly doubt there are set "orders of importance". Cambridge will look at each application, and take everything into account. You will find people with deficiences in different areas and still got offers. Anything people tell you on here will be guesses - Cambridge doesn't say which factors are the most important.
In my PERSONAL opinion, I would say grades/BMAT are where you can do most to excel. If you do very well in those, then you can get away with a not so impressive interview (like what I did). However, you can get in without amazing grades/BMAT of course - I just feel those are the best ways to try to give yourself an advantage.
