Grad 2010 Interviews!

Had my interview today. Questions were better than what I was expecting and the interviewers were very friendly, but I had a horrible experience. None of my answers were good enough and I kept saying stupid stuff as well. So no idea how its going to turn out...but hoping for the best!!

I know it's easier said than done but seriously, don't worry too much about it. I've had a few days to think over it and I'm stopping myself from getting stressed since I still need to get on with my current degree! I feel as though I'm in exactly the same position as you though. Even though the questions were better than I expected them to be, I still feel like I said some really stupid things! It's like you're in there and your mind turns to mush! Hopefully they'll overlook those bits! Good luck!

Does anyone know when we should expect to hear?

I thought they said the final decision meeting was on friday, and they would send out decisions as soon as possible after. But then someone also said only in january?

The final decision meeting was in the weekend as Friday was the last day of interviews. In the letter, they said they will let us know as soon as they can. But after my interview, they said I'll know the decision before new year. So either way, we will be hearing from them soon.

Btw, how was you interview?

I genuinely don't know what to make of my interview....

I think I sounded incoherent, babbled on about rubbish, displeased them, but then also think everyone does! at least I hope, haha.

Hey cupcake! I know I said in an earlier post not to worry but the waiting is actually starting to get to me now too! It's such a distraction when I know I have other things to be getting on with! Ahhhh!!!!

I think I am similarly "praying for a miracle" re Hughes Hall. Interview went terribly, I seemed to forget everything I had prepared and I didn't seem to be able to think anything through at the moment. This year apparently was not meant to be, and I am therefore looking to be 25 by the time I start...
