    Why Medicine At Cambridge ???

    hey
    Anyone applying cambridge, I wanted to know why are you applying for medicine at Cambridge. Im sure you know that Cambridge ask for a supplementary questionaire to be filled out. On it Is a mini personal statement section area where you write down what you particularly like about the course at cambridge. After thinkng about this I was wondering What reasons are people applying for cambridge, apart from the obvious reasons which are; Its prestige, the Location and the name!

    For me I actually like the fact that you can do a BA in a wide range of subjects, i.e. Sciene or non science related. They also allow some students to go to MIT to do their 3rd year. However the 2 things I really like about it, is the tutorial system and the oppurtunity to a MBPHd during your clinical years coz i really am intrested in doing some reasearch.

    What are the other reasons people are applying for??
    St Georges 2nd year medic...Its so Hard ! !
