Hi, i'm a bit late in joining this thread but i appled for st andrews as well. I had an interview yesterday, it was ok but i stumbled quite a bit so i don't know how much of a chance i've got of getting in. Anyway, there was two doctors and both of them were really nice. You should make sure you know a lot about the st andrews course and your work experience. That has calmed me down a lot seeing those statistics about interviews etc. Does anybody know when we'll hear? I'm from scotland btw. If your english i wouldn't worry too much, i've heard that edinburgh and st andrews have the highest proportion of english students out of the scottish unis.

Excellent! Well hopefully that gives me a chance!
I got 5A*s, 4As and 2Bs at GCSE... Did the International Baccalaureate and got 553 at higher and 666 at standard... got away with 33 points though, which wouldn't have been so bad if I'd got a 5 in Higher Chem instead of a 3!
Now I'm doing an absolute joke of an access course at Lambeth College in London, which will hopefully get me in!
Although annoyingly I seem to be the only person writing from an access course!
And on top of all this annoying stuff my UKCAT results didn't get sent, or something because both UEA and St. Andrew's emailed me asking for them! How annoying!
