Copy-and-paste of e-mail I received from admissions re: outstanding applications

Here you go guys - figure everyone else left will also get one of these but in case you're interested:

    Dear XXXX,

    Ref: UCASNUMBER

As you may be aware, all universities aim to send their decisions to UCAS by 31st March for applications received by 15th January. Unfortunately, this year at the University of Bristol we have experienced some delays and will not be able to meet this deadline in all cases.

The last scheduled interview date for Medicine is 26th March. However, we shall be holding an additional date in April, and will be contacting those candidates selected for interview in early April.

Please rest assured that we shall make every effort to send decisions to UCAS as soon as possible. You do not need to make your final replies to UCAS until you've received decisions from all your university choices.

I am sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience.

    Best wishes

    XXXX

To be honest I was in this position last year. I am so convinced that I'm going to get rejected by them that there isn't much tension for me, it's just a matter of time. If I get an interview I will be very shocked and very very happy.
