yeh, i did ask about other interview dates. she said it hadn't been discussed and that it is possible, but unlikely. she also said there are a 'few hundred' people left who haven't heard... So don't get your hopes up too much!

Thankyou again, at least I know where I stand, my mind can rest for a bit now, instead of spinning around like crazy like it has been these past few weeks!!! So we'll see at the end of the week what's gonna happen! Yeah I'm really not putting my hopes high, I'm expecting a rejection, but still 70 is a rather large number to interview!!! But yeah as you said there are a couple of hundred of us left so who knows... anyway best of luck!! Thanks again for the info, I've tried phoning 3 times before, but there was never any answer!

when i talked to her she said that there was one more interview date left which is the 26th. so i highly doubt there are any more people but if they are interviewing 70 still then that is quite a large number..! i am optimistic although i am kinda pissed that they are not letting us know already cause i am coming from the turks and caicos i have to fly in and i would really like to know when i have to book my $3000 flight!

They should realise that since your an international student that you'll need extra time to prepare getting here... if they offer you an interview then maybe you can ask for an extension?? I'm sure they'd be understanding of your circumstances!!! I'm very jealous, you live in such a beautiful place!!! From turks and caicos to bristol haha, what a transition hehe

ok, just spoke to admissions and the lady said that they have given out about half of their interview invites for the 26th now! the other half will be sent out this week, and possibly some on monday. She said it looked more likely now that there will be another interview date in april... good news i suppose, but it does mean the wait will be dragging on even longer! aaahhh!

are u applying for medicine in germany as well?!?! i am from germany and that is wat i wanted to do but we get our results aug 13 i think so i cant apply to the ZVS cause they want everything by the end of july

I did my degree back in 2006 and work since then, and no chance I would apply to a medical school in Germany :P, I prefer UK much more

wat is better in the UK over germany?! cause the only reason i would rather go to the UK is i wanna do the degree in english cause i think that would be beneficial in the future when i work somewhere else in the world...
are there any other significant reasons for u if i can ask... cause honestly i didnt even look into it as much..
