In reply to TCIgirl's question, Bristol sent me an email informing me that my application's been put on hold with them - this was three days after my interview. I also know that some other people who were interviewed the same day as me got offers and rejections around that time too.
I guess Bristol just wanted to get offers/rejections/waiting list decisions out before the Xmas holidays.
All the (12) interview dates are in the acknowledgement email.
The ones that are left (including today's round of interviews) are:
Wednesday 6 January, Wednesday 20 January, Thursday 28 January, Friday 5 February, Friday 12 February, Monday 22 February, Monday 1 March, Thursday 18 March, and Friday 26 March.

I'm freaking out cos I completely wana go to Bristol and I've already had 2 rejections...

Hi. Had mine on Wednesday as well so I might have seen you. Was your interview morning or afternoon?
I came out feeling exactly the same as you, I don't think I said anything stupid but I thought of loads of much better things to say afterwards.
I love Bristol so much, fingers crossed we'll hear in the nest couple of weeks...

Oh cool, glad to hear from someone in the same situation though I'm sure there are many more like us! Mine was in the morning, I went in about 9:35. Yours?
Did they ask you any difficult questions? They asked me if I was prime minister what I would spend money on in the NHS, that didn't go well lol.

Haha yeah I reckon we're not alone. Mine was at 1:50, I was interviewed by a man wearing wellies, it was slightly surreal.
Yeah I got the "what would you spend money on" question as well. I thought I answered it ok but he kept pressing me for details which makes me think that maybe he disagreed with what I said.
Where else have you applied?

Wow wellies? I guess that's bristol for you
my interviewers were dressed normally and could have been a bit more friendly tbh, but never mind. Sometimes I wonder why I'm putting myself through this lol
Don't worry I got the feeling they disagreed with me as well, though my answer to that one was crap. I said something about more public health info and specialist clinics to cut the number of patients waiting in GP surgeries.
Is bristol your first choice then?Medicine 2010 applicant (2nd time!)

Yeah i said some stuff about how we have an ageing population so need to put more resources into diseases that affect the elderly, then he said did I not think that young people deserved money to be spent on them then?
Well I'd be happy at any of the unis I've applied to so my first choice is anywhere that will have me really! Although I did really like the city of Bristol, but I really liked BSMS as well so I don't really know lol.
