Has anyone still not heard anything from Bristol?

I've heard nothing, i'm currently in the medical school library at Bristol (I'm doing a masters here) and am tempted to go up to the admissions and ask when i'll hear!!!

so I called them 2 weeks ago and they said I'd proabably hear a yes or no answer in 2 weeks. Still nothing...anyone in the same position?

I heard back exactly a week after my interview.

I know of a lot of people tht haven't heard anything from bristol yet....and like some of these people tht i know i really would have expected them to get an interview already. like one guy in my year has an offer from birminghm and oxford and still hasn't got an interview for bristol

I really have no idea.....I'm guessing they care more about personal statement than GCSEs??

I completely agree with the fact they base their decision more on the personal statement, i mean im not as academically amazing as many of the candidates on this forum but i think my personal statement was pretty good and demonstrated clearly my comittment to medicine... i had an interview last week... and am awaiting a response... they conduct a lot of interviews.. roughy 3/4 happen at the same time... my interview was at 9 in the morning and three other people had interviews at the same time... so it just shows the competition there... because they must have about one interview every half hour!!
