They tell you on the invite! Two groups, one in morning and one in afternoon (I dunno if they are split into more groups but I know theres mornin and afternoon) there's a tour, presentation and 20 min interview! Three people on the panel....it's all there

    Good luck!

    Hi
I had my interview in the afternoon in November.
When we arrived we got split into 2 groups; we all had a presentation then the first group (my group) got sent to a room with some medical students to wait for our interview, and the second group went off on the tour. There were six interview panels of three people, and each panel interviewed 3 candidates. After my interview I was free to leave, or I could wait for the tour (optional). I think if you are in the second group the tour is compulsory.

The interview itself was quite relaxed and informal, and I was interviewed by a GP, a medical student and an admissions person. I wasn't asked many questions that I had been expecting (like where do you see the NHS in 10 years, or about career pathways) but there wasn't anything fiendishly difficult. I heard from them within about 12 days.

    Hope this is of help

Yes they did But I was stupid enough to say in the interview that 'I don't want to commit myself to something as far in the future as being a medic in the army'. The med student was just like 'You do realize that you're committing yourself medicine which goes pretty far into the future?'
