King's will only consider you for the five year course if you apply to the four year course and are short-listed for interview. They do not automatically consider you otherwise. This is why I had to list King's four and five year courses on my application. If you get through to the interview at four year, they will then consider you for the five year if they do not take you on to the four year programme.
UCL require the BMAT for graduates. Instead of studying for six years, they waive the intercalation so it is five years.
I thought I would clarify those points.
