I think you should revise Higher GCSE Physics especially electricity and kinetics. I doubt they would ask you anything to do with atomic physics such as the photoelectric effect, quarks etc etc.

The BMAT is not heavy on physics though taking at AS helps some what. Revise GCSE higher physics very well, and I mean very well. Make sure to do lots of questions that involve calculations such as forces, they came up in my BMAT but do keep it in perspective, the BMAT is more chem and bio orientated. The science part of the BMAT is worth as much as the critial thinking part, which in my opinion is much harder. Chances are that most people have never encountered critical thinking before. I think working on your critial thinking will definitely pay off a lot more.

I looked at the BMAT specimen papers on the site, sections 1 and 2 is heavily based around MATHS!!

Don't worry about physics...I took the BMAT last year, and yes, there were some physics questions.. But as far as I can remember they were not THAT difficult (I struggeled with maths and chemistry however). I agree with previous posts: Just make sure you know the basics and remember simple formulae about force, kinetic energy etc and you'll be all right I think
