Hi Dillon,

Just a quick question. Do you remember which day you heard back from birmingham? I applied on the due date (october 15 2011) as an international student from Canada but I still havent heard anything back from them yet

Hi Everyone,

I have also applied to Birmingham 5 yr course 2012. I sent my application only the day before the deadline (October 15, 2011). I received the acknowledgement a couple of days after I have sent my application. But nothing else after that. I guess it is the waiting game now....

but some people have mentioned that they have already got an interview date, is that because they have sent their applications well in advance before the closing date?
please can someone shed some light on this?

yes it makes sense that the earlier you sent your app the more time theyve had to consider it and send out interviews... dont worry though as interviews are held all the way up until march
