It seems like people at the application stage have vast numbers of unanswered questions and limited access to medics who could easily answer them.

I used to interview for med school entry and I really think most of these very stressful sounding problems could be sorted out if we could run a day where applicants could meet doctors and directly have their issues addressed. We could also factor in some interview and application tips if deemed useful.

There is also plenty of advice that never gets given because doctors rarely meet med school applicants. The two worlds are quite seperated.

As doctors, we're actually quite interested in helping applicants out. For me it reminds me about why I applied to be a doctor in the first place!

What do people think? We could run a day or an afternoon at one of the hospitals.
