Hi everyone,
I also have an interview on the 17th jan. I was very shocked to receive the letter so quickly and was convinced that it would be a rejection!
Biomed12 it states on the interview invite that they invite between 80-100 applicants to interview.
- am not sure what the percentage chance is of getting an offer is. In the past I believe there has been upto a 90 percent chance of an offer after interview - I am under the impression for threads on tsr that this rate has dropped.
Good luck to all who receive an interview invite!Graduate applicant 2011
First class honours Biomedical Sciences
Keele 5 year standard course - asked for transcripts
BSMS 5 year standard course -interview
HYMS 5 year standard course - interview - offer
Birmingham 4 year GEP - interview - offer

Ermmmm..... I will be reading over my personal statement to think of good examples of different instances of each of the examples I have given for different situations of patients and having a think about NHS etc, as well as a bit of thinking about ethical dilemmas.... As for the little 'problem' that we have to arrive early for, I'm not too sure!
Birmingham is my first choice... Will you be joining the tour?
XXBirmingham GEC - interview
Birmingham 5 year - ?
Keele 5 year - ?
Liverpool GEC - ?

i dont remember getting an acknoledgement from Bham..
For prep, i think i will deffinetely re read my PS, i know thinsg like hobbies i should have plenty to tlk about, but would be really embarassing if they ask me a question i didnt knwo about my own hobby (piano). so gonna revise some on that i think!
Bham is also my joint top choice. Its between warwick. but havent heard form them yet! friend said warwick will send out Selection Centres in Jan!
This may be silly question. but do we have to dress formally for interviews.. i know we shouldnt go in ripped jeans and trainers.. but do we have to waer suits/heels etc.... may need to go shopping if so!
Well done ppl. and fingers crossed for those still waiting
I am going to the morning open tour aswell!!!MPhil Chemistry, Keele University - pending
