I have applied to birmingham for graduate entry and just wondered if anyone knows when we can expect to hear if we have/dont have interviews?!

i only sent my application off last week and already the suspense is killin me!! lol

anyone else applied for graduate entry?! what is your background?

birmingham seems to be my best hope and its also a top choice for me so fingers crossed and good luck to anyone else!

this is my first year appling to medical school and god its scary!

I've applied to grad entry and 5 year.

The wait is killing me already!!

My background is A levels in Psych, chem, bio (AAA), an undergraduate in Neuroscience and Psychology (1st class) and am just finishing off my PhD at the moment...

Birmingham is definitely my top choice too- I REALLY want to be there!!!

What's your backgroun fluffybunni? Where else have you applied? I've applied to keele 5 year, and Liverpool GEP.

tell me about it, everyday im checking the post and i cant take it anymore!! lol

Ive applied to soton GEP, birmingham GEP, warwick and BSMS 5 year. although birmingham is my best hope and my top choice!

i currently work as a microbiologist in drug development, have a 1 class degree in microbiology but no a levels so had to apply to places which didnt care too much about this as my degree and job shows enough chemistry.

i just cannot stand the waiting thou, i just wanna know now!! and i know the 5 year places have started to have interviews but cannot seem to find out when they dish out the interviews for 4 year.

let me know if you hear anything?? fingers crossed!!

i sent my application on the 4th oct. I know the sort out the 5 year course first and then the 4 year soon after. im very impatient thou lol!

hi fluffybunni,
i've got a graduate offer for birmingham for october 2011. i did A levels in psych, bio and chem (ABC) and got a 1st class honours in midwifery. I have just completed a year as a qualified midwife working on the delivery suite of a big London hospital. i didn't hear from birmingham for grad course until december, and the interview was in january. they kindly let me change the date to a day in march as i wasn't well. so unfortunately there is a bit of a wait! sounds like all of u have done some incredible stuff, so glad i applied last year, the competition is always so tough! good luck everyone,
