    Birmingham GEC Offers

    I just checked my UCAS track and found an unconditional offer from Birmingham sitting there! I'm completely stunned, I can't quite believe it!

    Has anyone else received an offer for the GEC yet?

    I got an offer as well, just checked UCAS...How did you get an unconditional offer, mines conditional on getting a satisfactory health check blah blah blah...

    ps where did you do your BMedSci?

    Sorry yeah, mine's conditional on getting all of that garb too, but as I already have my qualifications, don't have a criminal record and have recently passed an NHS health check for my HCA job i'm thinking of it as unconditional

    I did my undergraduate degree at Leeds. How about you?

    there alreay is fb site that is looked after by the previous year GEC students (i think her name is Hana Burns). we should all definitely meet!!!

    Hey Jack,

    I did my BMedSc (the medical science course) at birmingham as well, it was really weird because I knew Lote before (as a lecturer)...and he remembered me as well, actually refused to shake my hand at the start!

    I'm definitely going to have bham as my firm (once I find out how to do it)

    I got my offer today, as did my best friend! I feel over the moon - can't believe I'm finally getting the chance to do something I've always dreamed of!!

    Application to medicine 2009 (re applicant):

    Birmingham GEP - Interviewed 19/01/10 - Conditional offer
    Barts and London - Interviewed 27/01/10
    Cardiff - nothing yet..
    Southampton BM4 - Hello?

    I have a 1st in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sussex

    Currently studying an MSc at University of Southampton
