And the principle of her trying to help fellow interviewees annoys you? Why?!
Im pretty sure wanting to help people is a desirable trait for prospective doctors.......

What do you mean my college prepping me for interview? They dont even know that ive been interviewed, why would they?
And considering if you type 'Birmingham medical school interview' on google or any other search engine, and NMM is the first couple of results, so quite clearly a very large proportion of candidates will be reading this.
Trying to help fellow interviewees? My god are you actually being serious? Firstly, they arent her 'fellow interviewees' anymore, shes got an offer. If she had posted this before she got her offer, I wouldnt have any problem with it at all.
But since she decided to hold back from commenting for around 15 days and waited till she had her offer, it means she really isnt interested in 'helping fellow interviewees' otherwise she would have done it on the night of her interview. Shes just doing it to look like a nice person and obviously you've fallen for it.

I went to one open day and they advertised a book for interview questions that they thought was good. I was really surprised.
It all comes under preparation: be it talking to a student at that uni, seeing questions asked at other unis or even typing medical school interview questions into google.

Well as Elle B will tell you, our college was really good at helping us prepare for our interviews!
Yes i can see your possible point about the original posters motives, but then lets just believe she did it out of kindness, hmm?
Now she has an offer she has a better basis from which to try to help people!
But even if we leave the motives to the side (which is i believe why ur annoyed at this girl), does it really matter. At the end of the day, applicants may stand a slightly better chance at being prepared for an interview. Even if it just alleviates the nervous feeling of the unknown prior to interview, surely that's worth it?

Wow ellie thats a lot more than last year, there were just 2 of us! lol
Medicine at the sixth form always produces a large turnout it seems! And thankfully the college is really good to you with preparation and interviews with dr's from the local hospital (A Brum teaching hospital nonetheless! )
