Thanks for the advice guys. If i can ask the question again, how long were your interviews? Just on the side of working out which train to catch home etc.

Thanks again

My interview was around 15 minutes which is what it is supposed to be.. everyone was in 15 minute intervals.

At what day and time is your interview by the way? I would strongly recommend you go on the tour. I thought it was really interesting to see more of the medical school... it was soo nice in there by the way!!!

4.15 on a Friday . I'm deffo gonna go to the tour though i think it would be a waste of an opportunity to get a real insight into the med school before my interview if i didn't. Still, it's gonna be a long day though!

They give offers anything from a week after your interview to about 3-4 weeks. My best tip to anyone about to come is to definitely go on the tour and ask the medic that takes u round for tips. What they're looking for is confidence, wit and honesty. If you come across like you're making up things u dont know or are negative in your outlook, thats bad. Dont worry about not knowing scientific facts etc. If you dont know it, admit that

hey guys you honestly should feel happy, your interviews are over I still havenīt heared anything from birmingham. yes i know they say donīt worry if you donīt hear from us but somehow i get the feeling I belong to the leftover and they are first interviewing the top ones...on the other hand no answer is a good answer or? I mean do they have already rejected people? Oh i really hate this waiting. well done to all the ones who already had their interview i am sure you all did a great job now it isnīt in your hands anymore...

I have an interview at Birmingham on 10 Dec 2008...anyone else with thise date? My intervew is late on, and I will be going on the tour...I don't actually know of their course structure or anything, so I hope to learn about a few things about Birmingham on the day. Apparently, I don't know if this is true, but Birmingham interview the most people and give the most offers out of all UK medical schools...so thisis good for us...right? And what are the chances of rejection? And how difficult/easy is the interview itself? If anyone knows any useful Birmingham interview threads, would be much appreciated if you could direct me...cheers.
