7A*'s didnt guarantee an interview, the way prof lote described it, it guaranteed that they wouldnt throw application away, and they would look at it closely. It would not however, guarantee and interview!

bham dont look @ personal statement/reference for interview selection. not much to look at closely apart from my pretty face. but i only reserve that 4 interview :P

ye i sent an email, and he said same thing. Birmingham have been really vague in some cases about GCSEs

hey, I might try my luck with 5A* too, but what were the rest of yr gcses as I got 5a*3as 3bs. Plus my a-levels are 3as but with one of them being art! dyou know any of tr year who got in with only tro sciences and not all straight A*/A s at gcse. cheers
