Hello fellow GECs and Undergraduates!

We have a space in our fantastic house that we would love to fill!

Its a fully furnished double room to rent, with double bed in newly refurbished house on Heely Road. We are the 1st tenants to move in since its renovations and is complete with all new appliances (dishwasher, microwave etc). Its only 5 minutes walking from Selly Oak train station which has a direct service to University Station (which the med school is literally 30 seconds away from!) Its also close to the Bristol Road shops and pubs.

£295p/m + bills. Room available from 11/09/07 (12 months contract)

We, the current flatmates, are 2 Graduate medics GECs (1 boy, 1 girl) and 1 Postgraduate PGCE student (girl). We are all lovely and the GECs are 2nd years (3rd year main course) so we can help with exam tips etc for the pre clinical years!! We are looking for anyone GEC, undergrads, dentists etc so get in contact if you need a house!
