If they leave it to the last minute, it'll be time to use that new school office feedback email address that they sent out yesterday...
Crap, it's 5th year. How did that happen?
SSA: Done.
CBM: Coming up. Time to dust off the tweed jacket.

Whatever gave you the impression that they were going to read those feedback e-mails?!
There will nearly always be someone else who can give you a lift, and they give you public transport directions to whichever hospital you get sent to.SHO/F2 Doctor, A&E/T&O/Gen Surg

I can remember my year knew 3rd year placement (of first semester) on friday pm just before we started hospital on monday am lol but most people arranged their lifts/public transport fine though.
I have heard 3rd years this year will have 1 month worth of lectures before starting end of sept, is it true?

FionaS: I'm sure they'll read them then carry out a cull of the troublemakers.Either that or they'll read them and do bugger all about it...Crap, it's 5th year. How did that happen?

I'm sure you're too negative. There's going to be yet another new dean soon (http://www.newscentre.bham.ac.uk/pre...Sheppard.shtml) and perhaps he wants to have some feedback from the foot soldiers (or is it pawns)... before promptly loosing it on an out-sized desk.
What annoys me is how the my.bham site doesn't work in Mozilla. Grrr. What browser do they run on their Macs?"Don't get high on your own supply."

Safari.
Seems the dean may have been a yes man. Well... he's already sold out half of our cluster to the uni, hello gridlock.Crap, it's 5th year. How did that happen?

While I wouldn't possibly want to comment about someone I don't know and have never met, it does make you wonder why he got promoted again within eight months of becoming dean.
I did vaguely know the previous dean, Doe, and according to sources who no longer work at UBMS he was forced out by several faculty threatening to resign if he didn't... apparently they were unhappy with reforms and changes he was making. But it's that way in most academic departments, the Unprecedented Changes, that is.
Is that really a problem? I mean, are science people (let a lone arts) going to trek all the way to the medical school to use a computer, if it's closer to go to the uni library?"Don't get high on your own supply."

Just wait and see. Economics are already trying to annex the ATH....
