thanks for the info guys.. I will wait a couple of weeks before I email them. I'm not really in any hurry anyway since I'm going to Barts this September. Just interested because Birmingham was my first choice. oh well

Might be better to drop it and forget since it doesn't matter, in case they say something that upsets you because you don't agree with the reason. I sort of regret asking Leeds for feedback for that reason, because it came back with what I felt were inaccurate comments about me. No doubt they know better how much "social awareness" and "responsibility" I have!
