the unis get your UMS/grades the day before we do! we don't interfere in that

your lectures will start properly in the week after fresher's (not sure exactly when yet but near the end of september) you'll probably have a few introductory lectures near the end of fresher's week. lectures finish at the end of the second semester near the end of march (with a 4 week break over christmas)
and the 3rd semester is just exams
sorry Naomi, i'm not sure about your question, does anyone else know the answer?Last edited by kittykat025; 05-07-2006 at 11:16 PM.

I don't think so. If you've got your grades already, then so will the university I'd imagine...

Can't help sorry naomi...Crap, it's 5th year. How did that happen?

i doubt u'd hav to send ur certificates in naomi...but obviously if they ask for them at some point u will have to so keep them safe!
does anyone know whether u can move into ur accommodation on the sunday (24th Sep) coz otherwise its inconvenient for parents to bring me down on mon (since they got work) and ther'll be lots of stuff to take so not too keen on train on first day....

Move in this year I believe is going to be the saturday and sunday, well from what i've heard it is! Freshers week starts whenever your move in date is - just remember to pack the mugs near the top for a cuppa when you move in (plus some bottled water cos the queues for keys can be long, depending on your pick up point)
