Mitochondrian associated protein- microscopic tests?
I wonder if anyone can help me with this question please...will be much appreciated:
During an experiment to immunoprecipitate Protein X from a mammalian cell extract it was discovered that another protein (Protein Y) co-immunoprecipitated with X. Protein Y is known to be a component of the mitochondrial outer membrane. describe possible microscopic techniques that you could use to demonstrate that Protein X is a mitochondrian- associated protein?
Thanks in advance!!!!
