    Protein Kinase Cascade?

    I don't understand this whole kinase cascade system with RAF and RAS and MAPK,MAPKK,MAPKKK....

    Can someone please explain?!

    Not my favourite cascade tbh but I think I have some good textbook references for it...will get them for you when I get home (btw im a molecular geneticist and I still dont know it off by heart!)
