Aside from what you're looking for in liver related conditions:

Raised in kids due to bone growth/resorption
Raised in Pagets due to the same
Raised in pregnancy due to production in placenta

So any kids with pagets that are pregnant are going to have a really high ALP

    Consider yourself LFTed...

Actually, now I write that, my wonderful hometown (Rochdale) has one of the highest rates of teen pregnancy and is also in the list of a dozen or so lancs towns that has high Pagets (for reasons unknown)......

    ALP for all!!!

I was aware of them anyway, but to check I was right I typed things like "high ALP pregnancy" into google.

I expect you could use pubmed/PNAS too. If you have trouble let me know and i'll have a go for you.

I know both the schools. I went to Norden, then to Oulder Hill....ahh...what a poverty stricken, scum laden, recently PFI'd, mismanaged (I used to work there) seat of academic squalor that hole was.

Are you on the med course at Cardiff?
