Following on from another thread about the complexity of biochemistry, was just wondering if anyone has ever tried kegg?



KEGG PATHWAY Database


Its rather good for working out what the enzyme or reaction or compound does in relation to biochemical pathways and networks. Very comprehensive, and like i said, does justice to the amazing interplay between what we often consider as almost seperate molecular processes.
