It depends what kind of research scientist you would want to be, the areas that interest you and the institute that runs the course but from the sounds of it, all 3 of those courses would be suitable for entry onto a postgraduate programme that could then lead onto research science.
Generally the route would be a 3 year undergraduate BSc (hons) degree something like biochemistry, followed by a 1 year MSc or more commonly a PhD which takes around 3 years. You'll probably at least have the option to start research of some sort in the final year of your BSc as a project and most courses will run labs regularly from the first term of the first year onwards.
edit: I think you can probably go into research science directly with companies like glaxo etc. without having a postgraduate degree, but its not something I know much about.
