Which revision texts?
I'm currently struggling through second year and want to get stuck into some revision. Does anyone know of a revision book that covers all of the preclinical sciences. Not in great detail, just as a revision aid???

I used a book called 'first aid for the usmle step 1'. Its designed for american students but i found it quite good. It has quite a lot of hints as to how to remember things, which i found helpful, but i guess it's to do with how you learn.
Just having a look through the contents it covers:
behavioural science
biochemistry
embryology
microbiology
immunology
pathology
pharmacology
cardiovascular
endocrine
gastrointestinal
haematology and oncology
musculoskeletal and connective tissue
neurology
psychiatry
renal
reproductive
respiratory
as well as lots of colour imagesBSc Biological Sciences (Hons)
F1 Urology
