Reading TSR kings interview invites have already started to trickle out.

Oh dear!

I'm a nervous wreck already and I haven't heard either way. I got pre-interview rejections across the board last year and I'm doubly nervous about this year. I got an acknowledgement email from them but nothing since. Do you know when they started sending out interview invites for the 2010 intake? Cheers mate

I spoke to admissions at Bart's today since they emailed me to say that they hadn't received notification of my UKCAT score.........that freaked me out just a little bit!

I asked the lady about interviews she told me that those people who are to be interviewed in December have already been invited and that they have interview dates in Jan and Feb.

They do not publish the UKCAT cutoff until Feb.

So did she say any thing about when the next batch would hear?

Also any one know if the save all the rejections to the end, or if they interview and reject continuously through the process?

Sorry I forgot to ask if she knew when the next batch of decisions would be out.

I don't know if they save the rejections until last.

There has been alot of people on TSR that have posted about interview offers, some of them heard last week. This forum seems much more quiet on the subject.

So far most of the poeple that have posted on TSR had a UKCAT of 690 and above.

I got 667.5 so am getting quite nervous!

Jenny are you going for the 5-year or the 4-year?

At the open day for the 5-year then seemed pretty certain that the cutoff would be lower the it was last year.

I am going for the 5 year.

I heard that last year the cutoff was around 665, I really do hope it is the same or lower this year!

Yeh, the same happened with me too. They hadn't received my UKCAT info either. Last year the cut-off was 662.5. I got 665 this year, however, in October when I spoke to a guy at admissions he said it was worth me going for it because this year they have about 10 more places so it may lower the cut-off (because they will be interviewing slightly more people). Hope that helps guys.

Well they did write to me last week about my dyslexia.

I got all excite when I saw and email from QMUL, but alas no interview invite. But at least its not a rejection!

But at least I know I'm progressing through the "System".
