    Open Day

    Just wondering which day people have chosen for the open day? I chose 4th March Anyone else going then? (Assuming we get the places we ask for...)

    Nope, 4th and 11th March!

    (There may also be days in May, no idea.. would be kinda pointless though since most people have probably decided where they wanna go by then)

    That's the general Medicine open day in July. 4th and 11th March are the post-offer open days. Sadly I won't be able to make either as I'm overseas with work at the mo. Maybe with a bit more notice I could have made it but its too late now (only flew back here from the UK on Sat!) There will also be a GEP post-offer day at some point in April which I might try to come back for but offers for the GEP aren't given out until April so will have to wait and see.

    I'm a bit confused - the post offer open days are in March? At the GEP interview they said we wouldn't hear til mid April. So are the post-offer open days for the 5yr course?

    Yup, sorry I should have made it clear what these open days referred to xD.
    These days are for people who hold a 5-year course offer only.

    BSMS 5- Unsuccessful 07/12
    Kings 5- Interview 10/03 - Offer 24/04 - Declined
    Warwick 4- Interview 25/03 - Unsuccessful

    Barts 2010 after a Year of various jobs in the NHS.

    Admissions said there will be a post-offer open day for GEP some time in April, but the date hasn't been set yet. They said to call back in a week or two for the date. We'll only hear in April whether we've got offers, so the open day will be quite soon after that.
