Barts and the London Entry 2010

Hi all just thought I would start a thread for all those applying to Barts and the London to study medicine in 2010.

Here we can all discuss our applications, who's got interview confirmation, approaching interviews etc......

I followed a couple of these threads last year in the admissions cycle and they are dead useful as then you know roughly where you stand relative to everyone else

I sent off my application today. Hurray! I've applied to both Barts GEP and 5-year.

With a UKCAT of 602.5 is there much chance of getting into barts(undergraduate)?

think people have got in with lower before! Im applying to the 5 year because i got raped by the ukcat :P

602.5 may be a risky choice at Barts, last year the cut off was 612.5 and this year due to the reduction in offers being given out I am sure the cut off will increase, don't take my word for it though

Am applying to Barts GEP. I'm worried if the offer numbers have gone down a lot, my 2790/697.5 may not be enough.

Fingers crossed though. Do *all* people above the cut-off get interviews or is it still about your PS (assuming other elements like reference and academics as a given)?

I got exactly the same so really hope that is enough!!

wow, that is so cool reading your posts as I was in the same position year ago! I hope you all will get interviews and than offers fingers crossed!
