I wonder if any international applicants have heard back after being interviewed around Jan. 27-29?
Anybody international applying for 2010 got any answer?
Anybody (UK and international) interviewed around 27-29 got a rejection? (People posted only offers)
I am just trying to figure out a pattern (offers first then rejections... are they holding all internationals to the end etc..)
I had an interview Jan.28th and still nothing back. Canadian high school leaver, UKCAT 682

My fear is that after the last year overoffering, this year they made offers to the most attractive applicants and now are waiting for a certain number of ppl to accept/decline. Then they will be able to do stats and predictions and sort out us, boredrline suckers. If this is the case, I hope they are not delaying this to the post-offer days in March (4th and 11th). As I understand, these days are designed as promotional events and may give them more firming/decline answers.

I am also an international student, I had 2 interviews in Feb. but haven't heard anything yet... I am worried coz I know the places for international are very limited ...and I wonder how they assess internationals compared to home students...
So, GLADIUS, I am guessing you'v applied to the uk as u did the ukcat, what other places have u applied for? and howmany uni's are allowed for international students to apply for?
I've only applied to the UK coz that's where I live at the moment and I wonder if it's too late now to apply to other places :-/

For anyone still waiting to hear after interview, I called admissions today and was told that they're in the process of sending out offer letters now, but offers should already have been made on ucas track and those who will be rejected post interview will be informed within the next few weeks.
So looks like a rejection for me
I'm hoping they might still update track this week :S
Not sure if the same applies to internationals, I would suggest you call up if you're still waiting

I applied in UK, US and Canada. So, my life is a hell: SAT1, SAT2, UKCAT, BMAT, APs + endless shool tests....
UK limit is 4 meds + 1 undergrad. In North Americal we have to do first a grad degree, then apply to med schools. Takes longer for a med degree and is a sort of PITA since you have to compete all the time. Although after a UK med school, one would have PITA getting into residency here.
The deadline for US is January 1 and for Canada February 1. For US major admission filter is SATs and for Canada your school grades +/-SATs (no SAT in Canada but some accept US SAT)

Admissions office told me that it may be another week or so to sort those who have not received any answer after an interview.
My thought is that they are probably counting on ppl. accepting/declining offers after the open days March 4th and 11th. After that they will do stats and predictions, then sort out the remaining "borderline" pool.

Sounds logical. It's tough, but it might be the best way of knowing how many offers to give out. It does like you're experiencing an unusually long wait, so kudos to everyone for being so patient!
