Does anyone know whether offers (after interview) to 3rd year students will be conditional (on obtaining a 2.1 degree) or unconditional (based on very good A Levels)?

Yup, very rare that anyone gets an offer other than 2:i. Also, with regards to grads... I don't believe there is any distinction once you have an interview. If a year had particularly good grads applying then they would simply take more grads. Although, saying that it seems like a lot of grads are being interviewed on the same day... not sure what the relevance of that is. Perhaps they are going to make that distinction this year? *shrug*
