i wouldnt worry too much about it if i was you, it is still relatively early days.
a few people who havent got a confirmation email have phoned up and had their applications confirmed on the phone, you could try doing that.
but remember they are gonna be really busy processing stuff right now, so its better to phone only if you have something urgent to deal with...gotta be patient, so hang in there
