Hey I had my interview last week! I dunno what they were doing to me, but I came out a bit upset...but then managed to get an offer!
I think my best advice would be to be yourself! Everyone says that I know, but just don't try to be anything that you're not!
Other advice would be just to maintain eye contact, keep smiling and look really really really enthusiastic (which of course you will be!). Oh and don't fidget, I was told by my teachers that its a put off!
AS for the medical issues in the news...erm, ur best bet would be to check out the BBC website, that has all the current issues! I know its a lot to catch up on, but just start reading it now...and by the time of ur interview you'l be well clued up!
They already like you, otherwise they wouldn't interview you! Like they said at onemed school 'interviews are a chance for you to talk yourself out of an offer!'
Maybe I'll be seeing you at Barts in Sep!
R xxxCos life's complicated enuf!
