hi! i know a lot of people have already posted their experiences but have added mine just in case it helps!
had interview today at the royal london site-was the last candidate interviewed by my team which i thought was supposed to have a med student on (maybe they'd had enough and gone home!) but was just a lady doctor and a non-medical professional male.
started with the video asking generally what was my impression if i was to be critical of the consultation?
if i had to write a person specification from a patients point of view what qualities would i like a doctor to have? what about trust?
if i was to try and put someone off a career in medicine what would i say?
if an ambulance brought a friend into hospital and i was a fourth year student attending on placement what would i do? what about if i was a G.P and they came in and collapsed in my practice?
why barts? why is there a wealth of clinical experience in this area?
what did i do and learn during my work experience?
what have i been doing since i left school two years ago?
what is it about being a doctor that attracts you? thats about it i think hope it helps and good luck to all xdonx
