Barts interview.........some advice please

I just wanted to know few things about the interview...i have mine at 13 december!

>Do they still ask you why medicine? why at barts? traditional interview or is more based on the personal statement and the video we watch prior to the interview?
> current medical issues?

Any advice for me ......like things i should say or things i shouldnt say?

Aww i bet youll be fine! Mines at 1.45pm...good cos then i can prepare a bit in the morning, but also really scary cos my nerves will be building up all morning! What times yours?

ye mine is at 2 30! ye we have to be there 20 mins before to watch the video! i hope our interviews go well! i really want to go barts!

Yeah id love to go..its looks sooo good and really friendly. Did u go to the open day? Also, where else have u applied? I was really surprised about the video...

ye it is really friendly and i have been to the open day! i have applied to peninsula, hull york med school and manchester. What about you? i am actually gap year student!

hey peeps! i had my barts interview on the 22nd december! it was really informal and friendly. the first person on the panel asked me questions about the video. and then i got asked why i wanted to do medicine, why barts, and what i knew about the area? ie: is it a rich or poor area? and what kind of health problems you would expect ppl to have in the area. the third guy was a medical student and didnt ask me anything, he was just there to answer any of my questions! they didnt ask me anything relating to my personal statement or work experience either!! don;t worry tho, just relax and you'll be fine!
